Charles M. Stagg died February 20th at UTMB Burn Center in Galveston. Born June 1939 in Beaumont, Texas, he lived many years in Orange County. Mr. Stagg participated last April in the art benefit sponsored by The Painted Ladies Art Group for the Crystal Beach V.F.D. Before Hurricane Ike he had also held an art exhibition on the Bolivar Peninsula.
