Curb Appeal is Everything! And Holiday Beach has just the attraction to please residents and guests. Check out the new subdivision entrance sign. It’s a gorgeous hand painted sign by artist, John Janis. Homeowners chipped in to pay for this one-of-a-kind feature. Fittingly, the East side is a sunrise scene, and the West side is a sunset scene. Beautiful work. Neighbors helping neighbors freshen up Bolivar.
