Miss Nancy,
I just fished rollover pass yesterday. I come down from Belleville Illinois twice a year to fish rollover pass because it is the only place you can almost guarantee that you will catch fish. I caught 10 while I was there. 4 guys drove up and said they were at Sea Wolf park all morning and caught nothing! If beach erosion is such a problem why don’t they do what Galveston does and replenish the sand. There will always be beach erosion. Put up sand fences to grow the dunes to 60 feet like they do in the panhandle of Florida. That keeps them from having to replenish the beach after a hurricane. Sand fences are cheap too!
